Internal medicine is the branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment of diseases of the internal organs in adults. Internal medicine physicians are specialists who apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to diagnosing, treating, and providing compassionate care for adults across the spectrum from health to complex illness.
Medical examinations are required by the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) to obtain a US green card or US citizenship. We are designated by the USCIS as civil surgeons to complete immigration exams.

Fee includes medical interview and expedited completion of medical forms within 4 business days. Vaccination records required if under 18 years old. If 18 or older, vaccination records are useful but not required. We will draw the newly required blood test for tuberculosis (TB), blood testing for syphilis, urine testing for gonorrhea. The patient will be responsible for lab fees, a chest x-ray if needed, and vaccinations administered by our office If needed.
